Turning Waste Gas into Reliable Power

The KenTech Flare Gas Conditioning Train™ (FGCT) is a modular, field-deployable system designed to clean, stabilize, and condition raw associated gas before it is used for power generation. The system enables reliable electricity production from flare gas while protecting turbines, generators, and electrical equipment from damage caused by liquids, particulates, and contaminants.

Unlike traditional flare capture approaches that rely on minimal filtration, the FGCT is engineered as a primary system, not an accessory—ensuring long service life, operational stability, and safe unattended operation.

How the System Works

Raw associated gas is diverted from an existing flare stack and routed through a multi-stage conditioning process before entering the power generation unit. Gas Flow Process:

Flare Tie-In

Captures associated gas directly from the flare line without disrupting site operations.

01

Designed for Real-World Field Conditions

• Modular skid-based architecture
• Scalable to site gas flow and quality
• Compatible with turbine or generator power heads
• Designed for continuous, unattended operation
• Engineered to operate in extreme climates

The FGCT is intentionally sized larger than the power generation module to ensure fuel quality consistency, equipment protection, and long-term reliability—a critical distinction from conventional flare capture systems.

Applications

Oil & Gas Fields With Routine Flaring

Remote or Off-Grid Power Generation

Grid-Support and Microgrid Deployments

Replacement or Reduction of Diesel Generation

Environmental Compliance and Emissions Reduction

Why It Matters

Flaring wastes energy, increases emissions, and creates regulatory exposure. The KenTech FGCT transforms that liability into a controlled, usable energy source—delivering electricity where it is needed while reducing environmental impact.
